The Law Firm
In 2008, Dr Aron Mifsud Bonnici and Dr Joanne Vella Cuschieri set up a law partnership drawing on their many years of experience and strengths in commercial law, civil law, planning law and employment law. The latter founding partner accepted a role in the judiciary in 2014, and Dr Abigail Critien and Dr Katrina Borg Cardona soon joined the partnership rank. Together, they lead a team of competent and dedicated professionals, giving high quality legal support to enterprises and individuals active in Malta, or seeking to invest in Malta.
Today, Mifsud Bonnici has positioned itself as a top-performing small firm for business law advice, project support, and specialist services for HNWI, while its immigration practice is a leading player in processing applications for citizenship and residence by investment programmes.
Furthermore, Mifsud Bonnici has a deep knowledge of China and wider Asia, with many years supporting Asian investment in Malta, as well as Maltese ventures in the east.
